brangette Pte. Ltd. (collectively referred to as “brangette”, “we”, “our” or “us”) are committed to the protection of your privacy and personal data.

Our practices

  1. We take our customers’ privacy seriously and we will only collect and use your personal data as outlined below.
  2. This Privacy Policy documents the practices we adopt for personal data collection, use and handling.

Purposes for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data

  1. Your personal data (such as information you provide to us in relation to the provision of any services including Services from us to you) may be collected, used and disclosed by brangette for the following purposes:
    -Responding to an enquiry from you or made on your behalf.
    -Distributing email magazines which include the information of products, services, campaigns and events of brangette or the merchants or services providers;
    -Requesting for participating in questionnaires and surveys in connection with any products and/or services of brangette and/or the merchants or service providers;
    -Delivery of coupons e.g. gift coupons of the merchants or service provider issued by us, the relevant merchants or service providers;
    -Administering and communicating events and activities (e.g. extending and processing invitations; managing admissions; conducting visits);
    -Sending to you marketing, promotional materials and/or relevant product information relating to products and services of brangette and/or the merchants or service providers.
    -Conducting market research (e.g. performing market analysis)
    -verifying and carrying out financial transactions in relation to payments you make online;
    -Complying with applicable laws, regulations and other requirements (e.g. providing assistance to law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities and other governmental agencies; performing internal audits)
  2. In connection with the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes, we may disclose your personal data to a third party (for example to agents or client company or platform providers), or transfer within or outside of Singapore.
  3. Payments that you make through the platform may also be processed by our agent. You must only submit to us or our agent information that is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.
  4. We will not keep your personal data where there is no longer a legal or business purpose to do so.

Others

  1. We may, from time to time, outsource all or a part of the control of the maintenance of personal data to a third party. You agree that your personal data may be collected, used and/or disclosed by such third parties for the purposes set out in privacy policy.
  2. We record your access log information such as your IP address only for the purpose of acknowledging your usage situation of our website. We do not identify you by that information.
  3. We collect access information by Google Analytics (“GA”) and therefore we use Cookie provided by GA. We do not identify you by GA. Information collected by GA is used under Google’s privacy policy. For the avoidance of doubt, we have no responsibility for damage or loss suffered by you caused by the usage of GA.

Accessing and Updating Your Personal Data

If you would like to view the personal data we have on you, please contact us at privacy@brangette.com. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for retrieving your personal data records.

You play a part too

  1. Please note that you play a part as well in protecting the security and confidentiality of your information. Some recommended good practices include:
    (a) You should not share your login details or other credentials with any other person;
    (b) You should never display your account information in an area visible to others; and
    (c) Your PC or laptop should not be left unattended.
  2. Please let us know immediately by contacting us at privacy@brangette.com, if you suspect that the personal data you share with us is being used in any way contrary to this Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our absolute discretion. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be published on our website.

Complaints about breaches of privacy

If you are not satisfied with the way in which we handle your inquiry or complaint, please don’t hesitate to contact us (and our Data Protection Officer) at privacy@brangette.com.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law.
